A cool front will drop temps to the low 60’s by Thursday, and then the coldest air of the autumn will arrive Halloween evening. We may see our first freeze this weekend, and winds will be gusty from the north as well. The afternoon highs may not reach the mid 50’s Saturday and Sunday.

Although we could flirt with the 80 degree mark tomorrow, as Southwest winds pump in some heat out ahead of our next front, we’ll probably fall short of any records. We’d have to make it to 87 to tie the old record set here in Salisbury way back in 1919. Regardless, enjoy the above average
Good Evening Everyone! Tomorrow evening from Wallops Flight Facility, an Orbital Antares rocket will lift off around 6:45pm. Unless there is a mechanical problem that comes up prior to launch, the weather will be perfect for viewing the launch. Enjoy everyone! 🙂
