It’s been a very mild November across Delmarva. Worldwide, the year is the warmest since the instrument record began, and likely the warmest in thousands of years. What will the next 3 months of winter bring?? I’ll have the details on that tomorrow, right here.

It’s possible that temperatures in the Pacific will cool quickly, and the 97 event will remain the strongest, but this is very unlikely.
