Strong Winds and Some Coastal Flooding This Weekend

The NOAA Extra-tropical Storm Surge model indicates tides will reach about 2-2.5 feet above normal high tide Saturday evening into Sunday morning. This will cause flooding in areas that are most susceptible.

A coastal flood advisory is in effect for the Delaware and NJ coastlines Saturday night. Winds along the Delmarva beaches will likely gust to over 45 mph late Saturday into early Sunday morning.

Ocean City:
3;15 PM Saturday
2: 51 AM Sunday (likely the highest water)

Rehoboth Beach
3:30 PM Saturday
3:06 AM Sunday (Highest Water)

Bowers Beach
5: 05 PM Saturday
4:44 AM Sunday (Highest Water)
